Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click "Get Started" on the landing page, choose your role (Trainer or Company), fill in your details, and you're ready to go.
What types of tasks are available?
We offer 9 task types: Image Labeling, Text Classification, Audio Transcription, Sentiment Analysis, Data Validation, OCR Scene Tagging, Image Style Classification, Keyword Spotting, and Speaker Intent.
How do I get started as a trainer?
Register as a trainer, complete your profile, browse available tasks, and start earning by completing AI training tasks.
Payments & Earnings
How do I get paid?
Earnings are added to your balance after task approval. You can withdraw via Stripe Connect once you reach the $10 minimum.
What is the minimum withdrawal?
The minimum withdrawal amount is $10. A 10% platform fee is deducted from each withdrawal.
How long does withdrawal take?
Withdrawals are processed through Stripe and typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
What are the platform fees?
Trainers pay a 10% fee on withdrawals. Companies pay a flat subscription fee; there are no additional percentage fees on task payments.
Certifications
What are certifications?
Certifications validate your skills in specific task types. Passing earns you a badge that increases your visibility to companies.
Can I retake a certification exam?
Yes, you can retake certification exams. Your best score will be recorded.
Do certifications expire?
Currently, certifications do not expire once earned.
For Companies
How do I post tasks?
Subscribe to a plan, then use the Create Task wizard to define your task type, upload data, set quality requirements, and launch.
What subscription plans are available?
We offer Single ($20/batch, pay-as-you-go), Starter ($40/mo), Pro ($120/mo), and Managed ($250/mo) plans. Annual billing on recurring plans saves one month free.
How is task quality ensured?
Set required accuracy thresholds, review submissions, and use our quality scoring system to maintain high standards.
Account & Security
How do I change my password?
Go to Security settings from your profile menu. Enter your current password and set a new one.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use JWT authentication, encrypted passwords, HTTPS, and role-based access control to protect your data.
Can I delete my account?
Contact support to request account deletion. All your data will be permanently removed.
Team Management
How do I add team members?
Go to Team Management in your company dashboard. Invite members by email address.
What roles can team members have?
Team members can be Admin, Manager, Member, or Viewer with different permission levels.
